Savannah gets countless request from musicians both local and from around the world to perform at our club.

If you are a local or touring musician who is seeking to gig at Savannah please allow us to give you a few pointers on what we look for before you inquire:

1. It would be helpful if you (or your authorized agent) first become a patron of our establishment. Come in, sit down and buy and a beer. Get to know us. Give us a chance to get to know you. We are more often inclined to do favors for people we like as well as our regular patrons and supporters of Savannah.
2. Comphensation. Our experience has shown that paying performing artists a guaranteed wage, generally serves as an obstacle which prevents musicians from actively inviting guests. Therefore, in order to get paid for doing a gig here, you will need to give us a reasonable assurance that you are prepared to maximize your effort to bring a crowd. This means, among other, printing up and selling tickets your own tickets (you keep the gate, we keep the bar type of arrangement) as well as print and distribute your own your promotional material. In other words, unless you have an established, indisputable network and following of local fans and supporters, it would not be prudent to expect or a guarantee from our meager and humble establishment at this time .
3. Volunteer. If you are willing to pay for free (or in exhange for food and drink) clearly you will be given top priority - assuming, of course, that you are a professional musician of our liking.
4. Exhibitions, Talent Levels & Musical Genres. There are numerous occasions where amateur musicians (connected with music or dance schools) seek to develop or display their craft in front of a live audience mostly made up of family and friends. Savannah Management welcomes these type of performances and or exhibitions. As such, all type of musical genres are welcomed. More details can be obtained by sending us an email inquiry.
